STATEMENT OF FAITH

C R E D E N C E

FIRE MINISTRY STATEMENT OF FAITH
1. We believe the Holy Bible to be the only inspired, trustworthy and true Word of God, and we believe that the Holy Bible is God’s infallible written Word, which consists of 66 books of the Old and New Testaments. We also believe that it was uniquely, verbally and fully inspired by the Holy Spirit and that it was written without error (inerrant) in the original manuscripts. It is the supreme and final authority in all matters on which it speaks and God is able to preserve His Word and has preserved His Word and the Bible has remained holy pure and entire word of God, nothing is lost and nothing is added.(2 Timothy 3:16-17, 2Peter 1:21)
2. We believe that, there is one God, the Creator of all things, infinite in being and perfect. He exists eternally in three Persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, who are of one substance and equal in power and glory. We believe that all the three are the one God, co-eternal, co-equal, and co-existent yet there is only one God not three gods and not one person who took three modes, offices, or forms.
(Isaiah 44:6845:5Gen.1:26,273:22Matt.3:1728:19Luke 9:35; 2Cor. 13:14)

3. We believe that Lord Jesus Christ is God manifested in flesh, the eternally pre-existent and only begotten Son who became incarnate, i.e. conceived by the Holy Spirit by being born sinless of the Virgin Mary without human father. Thus, in the Lord Jesus Christ, divine and human natures were united in one Person, both natures being whole, perfect, and distinct in His sinless life. To effect salvation, He lived a sinless life and died on the cross as the sinner's substitute, shedding his blood for the remission of sins. Lord Jesus Christ rose from the dead on the third day in the same physical body but now glorified. He ascended into heaven, and sits at the right hand of the Father, and rules heaven and earth.(1 Timothy 3:16 , John 1:1, John 2:19; Luke 24:39).
4. We believe that the Holy Spirit is the third Person of the Triune God. He is eternal, Omnipresent, Omnipotent, Omniscient and is of the same essence as the Father and the Son. The Holy Spirit regenerates a believer, giving him a new life.  The Father plans and the Son accomplishes that plan. The Holy Spirit is the person within the triune Godhead who applies the work of the Son to the life of the Elect and adopts them.
(Hebrews 9:14Psalm 139:7-8 Psalm 104:30 1 Corinthians 2:10 Ephesians 1:13-14)

5. We believe in eternal life and Salvation i.e. being saved from the righteous judgment of God upon the sinner and entering into the Kingdom of God through new birth. Salvation is obtained by grace of God alone, through faith alone, in the work of Christ alone, and not by our good works. We are chosen for salvation by God and that through faith in Jesus Christ as the Son of God; we spend eternity with the Lord in Heaven. We believe what the Bible warns that those who reject Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior will receive eternal suffering in hell, and we believe that acceptance of Jesus Christ and the corresponding renewal of the Holy Spirit are the only paths to salvation for lost/sinful men and women.(John 3:16, Rom. 3:20; Eph. 2:8-9, 2 Thess. 2:13, Matthew 25:31-46; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18, John 3:16; John 5:24; Titus 3:3-7 Matthew 1:18,25; Hebrews 9:15-22;   Hebrews 9:27-28)
6. We believe Jesus Christ is the Head of the Church, that all believers are members of His spiritual body, who have been joined to Him through saving faith which is the Church. God exhorts His people to assemble together regularly for worship, for participation in ordinances, for edification through the Scriptures and for mutual encouragement in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
(1 Corinthians 12:12, Philippians 2:1-4)

7. We believe that Jesus Christ will come again to the earth – personally, visibly and bodily second time, but now this time to judge the earth and reign on earth. We believe that second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ is in two stages - the Rapture for the believers and the Return of Christ along with His believers on the earth. Return of Christ in His second coming will be separated from Rapture by seven literal years. We also believe in pre-millennialism doctrine, because it holds that Jesus' physical return to earth will occur prior to the inauguration of the Millennium. It is based upon a literal interpretation of (Revelation 20:1–6). Till then, the Lord Jesus Christ commanded all believers to proclaim the Gospel throughout the world and to disciple people from every nation. Finally, we believe in Apostle’s Creed as a summarized statement of our faith.(Matthew 16:27, Matthew 25:31-46, Matthew 28:19, Acts 1:8, Mark 16:15-16  1 Corinthians 15:51-53, 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18, Matthew 24:4-5; 11; 23-27, Matthew 24:30-31)
